Can I pay for my assessments online?
Yes! Once you are logged in, select the “Make a Payment” button to be directed to the payment processing service.

I have a question about my account or billing. How do I contact the accounting company?
Log into your owner portal by clicking on the Login link in the top right corner of this site. Click Submit a Request from the left menu and select "Billing Question." You can select "General Question" if you need information about your association but not specifically about your owner account.

I own multiple properties and/or I am a member of a Community Association that has a Master Association. How do I see and manage both of my accounts in my Owner Portal?

Log into your owner portal by clicking on the Login link in the top right corner of this site. Click Submit a Request from the left menu and select "General Question" from the dropdown. Please provide the details of the accounts you would like to link, and let us know what your mailing address is, if it is not already the same on all accounts.

If I have set up arrangements for Auto-Draft, what date can I expect the payment to come out of my bank?

Homeowners who have elected to set up auto-draft arrangements with HOA Accounting Services (not the bank), should expect drafts to occur on the 10th of the month that an assessment is due and 1-2 days earlier if that date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Where do I find my statements?

Click on Billing in the menu to the left of your screen. Next, click "Download Statement". Select the property from the first dropdown list (if you have more than one) or All Accounts. Change the second dropdown from Transaction History to Statement for the current month, or Statement with Future Charges for next month.

How do I get my statements sent by email, instead of mailed to me?

Click on Contact Info in the menu to the left of your screen. Here, change the Billing Communication Preference from Paper to Email. On this page, you can also change your General Communication Preference if you would prefer to receive distributions and communication electronically.
